Residential Solar Systems

By assessing your electricity bills and accessing your metering data from SA Power Networks, we can determine your annual electricity consumption pattern. After some discussion with you, we will determine what your ratio of daytime to nighttime consumption is to ensure we are designing the most efficient system for your household.

Once we have an idea of your onsite consumption, we will design a system based on your requirements. There is a fine line between designing a conservative system which doesn’t export too much power to the grid and oversizing your system, which would extend your repayment period unnecessarily.

We will run your consumption pattern through our analysis model to determine the optimal system size for your household, taking into account any battery storage options which may be available.

We take a very personalised approach to designing every system and insist on delivering our proposals in person. This allows us to ensure each client fully understands the features and benefits of their Residential Solar System and/or Home Battery storage solution.

We encounter many different questions from clients based on what level of prior knowledge they have. Delivering a proposal in person allows us to ensure our clients are satisfied with the system we have designed and all questions are answered to assure the client we are taking this as seriously as they are.

Once our client is happy with the system design, we take over and facilitate all approvals and applications on your behalf to ensure the process is as easy as possible. There is some collaboration required to confirm installation details and subsidy applications but we are in contact with you regularly along the way to ensure you know what is happening and when.

• SA Power Networks Approval – we will submit the SAPN approval on your behalf to connect your proposed system to the grid, handling all technical inquiries and ensuring your system is compliant with all Australian Standards;
• Federal Government Subsidies – We will lodge and submit your Small-Scale Technology certificate application (STC’s) and trade the certificates on your behalf, applying the subsidy value to your bottom line price upon acceptance of our contract.
• Solar Meter Exchange Request – Upon receiving your SAPN approval, we will submit a request to your electricity retailer on your behalf. Once your solar system is connected it must remain turned off until a valid import/export meter is fitted to your site to ensure your retailer
